Helotes Property Management has been serving the short term and long term Property Management needs of the San Antonio, Texas area for over 10 years and manage over 180 single family homes and multi family units. 


We pride ourselves on prompt, responsive management services, straight-forward fees and an easy move-in process.


For tenants, we manage a roster of single-family homes and multi-family units that are clean and well-maintained. Residents have access to a secure online rent payment system and can even submit routine property requests online. We are available 24 hours, 7 days a week for property emergencies.
